Shipping and Returns

Ordering an item from Rainforest Native? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. All shipping charges are calculated in the online purchase process and are sent by USPS. If you are interested in making an International Purchase please contact us via email at contact@rainforestnative.com so that we can find a representative in your part of the globe that can send you your purchases in the fastest manor possible.

If for any reason your product has been delivered with a defect and you are not satisfied with your order, Rainforest Native will pay the cost of the return shipping. Please note that there must be a true defect in the product for us to agree to pay the return shipping costs. The item must be in its original form with its original packaging in order for us to accept the return. As well, all returns based on product defects must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

In the event that a customer would like to exchange a recently purchased product for another product, exchanges are welcomed so long as the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of wear. As well, the exchange must be made within 30 days of the purchase. The return shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will also be charged for the new merchandise on the exchange to be sent to the customer’s location.
